? Influenza: Headache, malaise, nausea = concern for viral illness, possibly influenza. Would go in for evaluation- there are more concerning causes such as if an infection causes meningitis.

Viral syndrome: Sounds like you may have a viral syndrome but that's like saying the sky is blue. If this persists, and especially if simple over-the-counter remedies don't make you feel better, it's time to go see your doc, sooner than later. In mean time, drink plenty of fluids, but just sips at a time, perhaps just suck on an ice chip, to maintain hydration despite nausea.
