What causes poor sleep and joint and muscle pain?

Poor sleep: You really need to see your doctor so they can ask more questions, your symptoms are too vague to narrow down the causes to some usable direction. Or could infectious, metabolic, nutritional, stress, toxin exposure, etc.

Multiple causes: 1.Still needs more details 2. Things like arthritis affecting sleep, sleep apnea, restless leg, sleep interuptions, excess caffeine intake, irrgular bowel movement, infectious or inflamatory cause etc. 3. If one is on statin group drugs ( cholesterol loweing) may cause this side effect and may be considered to rule out drug side effect 4. Talk to your doc and get evaluated.
