Maybe your hymen: You will need to see a doctor for an exam for confirmation. I am wondering though if you are seeing the hymenal ring. If so this a normal part of your anatomy. You may want to google a picture of the hymenal ring or a picture of a hymenal remnant and see if this is what you are seeing.
