Bartholin's duct: It could be a Bartholin's duct cyst. You need to see your GYN to evaluate.

Vagina: You could have a Bartholin's gland duct cyst. If you have had a vaginal birth, you could have a small 'inclusion cyst' Both of these conditions are benign and can be treated in an office setting. One would have to see the 'bump' to determine exactly what it is.
