Stop it: Unlikely that you have any need for a megadose vitamin. Arguably, may not need to take any supplement at all. High doses of vitamins and minerals can cause stomach upset. Taking with food may help. "need" to take a supplement? 100% rda insurance pill. Proven medical requirement for higher dosing? See your md.
