Hairy women: Increased hair growth is called hirsuitism.N it is a reaction of certain hair follicle to more circulating androgens in your body either from the ovaries, testosterone. Or from the adrenal glands dhea-s. Or both androstenedione. The most common cause is poly cystic ovarian syndrome. There are many other serious causes, best to see your physician who can work your condition up.
