Growing pains: Was he severely ill as infant? Did he have heart and lung failure? Ecmo is a bypass pump to rest the lungs and heart when near death. If he survived that, he has the right to some stiffness especially as he starts a growth spurt just before puberty. He must be a miracle! excercise program and good play will help.
