Multiple questons: Bad smell to breath may mean she does not brush her teeth well, has a dental infection, or sinus congestion, or a problem with tonsils or other tissues in this area. Vaginal discharge which is malodorous should be evaluated by a doctor, since treatment is readily available if infection present. Psoriasis should not be responsible for these. Why doesn't she see a doctor?

She needs treatment: Have her see a dentist for an examination to see if any dental problems are contributing to her halitosis. Have her see her physician for the discharge and malodorous condition, and no, psoriasis will not cause these symptoms. Her physician can determine if an std is a contributing factor.
