Contracts: A health insurance policy is basically a contract between you and the issuing company. They agree to cover certain procedures or medications up to the limits set in the policy & you agree to pay a certain premium. Some policies will exclude procedures or medications not on their "approved"list.Read the fine print, your insurer will never give you more than the contract specifies. They would go broke.
