Maybe stomach virus?: A simple tummy ache with symptoms like nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, whether at home or traveling, may be from a virus infection, bacteria infection, or contaminated food. A normal person, not pregnant, not on medications, usually recovers easily. Taking a pedialyte popsicle or 2-3 oz of pedialyte hourly, plus drinking/eating little else, may settle things down. Otherwise, a dr. Should evaluate.

Infection or IBS: It depends upon whether these symptoms are new or have been there off and ion in the past. The commonest cause of acute nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal pain is viral gastroenteritis. That usually resolves in 3-4 days. Persistent diarrhea could be due to bacterial infections, lactose intolerance or irritable bowel syndrome. You should consult your pcp for proper evaluation.
