Go see pediatrician.: Upper respiratory infections lasting this long in an infant should be checked by an expert. The fact that it's moved into his chest could indicate its getting to bronchiolitis or pneumonia. Should be fine to wait a day for an appointment unless he's having trouble breathing, feeding, or seems lethargic.
