Not likey: Very, very few stones are not seen on ct scan. The most common are related to medications taken for hiv. If you are not on these medications, then your tone should not be missed.

Crystaluria: You may have crystials in urine rather than usual stones and crystal are not likely to be picked up imagining studies. Or imaging may have been done after you passed the stone(s) Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless to prevent crystal and stone formation.
