Absolutely not: Very dangerous to you and a possible pregnancy to become pregnant after novasure. Thought there have been documented successful pregnancies following novasure, the risks to a woman and forming fetus are way too large. Birth control, some form of it, is always indicated after an endometrial ablation.

Not recommended: Novasure disrupts your uterine lining. As such you may have difficulty getting pregnant because of the inability to implant or have an increased risk for preterm labor and miscarriages.
