Is gaviscon is good for digesting?

Only if symptomatic: Gaviscon can be used to treat heartburn and symptoms of excess acidity. It neutralizes some of the stomach acid. A normal person with no symptoms does not need any "help" digesting his food (acid is normal in a healthy stomach).
