Is anovulation normal for a 27 year old women? and if that happens that means you can't get pregnant right?

No!: It's not really normal for any reproductive-age woman, but especially in a 27 year old. Anovulation does not mean you can't (ever) get pregnant, that depends on the reason for the anovulation - you may well require a doctor's help but in most cases it should be possible.
