Allow time: Occasionally air is left in an eye on purpose to help keep tissue in proper position during the healing. Less commonly it is not on purpose. In both instances, the body, with fluid exchange that is natural, will absorb the air and while it interferes with vision, when absorbed, you should achieve your potential best vision.

Air bubble: If the issue is really an air bubble, then it should go away in 24-48 hours without causing any problems. I would check with your doctor to be sure though since other issues could cause similar symptoms.
