PCOS?: Are you asking about poly cystic ovary syndrome, and had a typo?Pcos is a complex condition of irregular periods, often without ovulation. It usually occurs in overweight women, and elevated Insulin and testosterone levels are often found. Treatment: weight loss is often helpful and can reverse the condition in some. Metformin or spironolactone can help restore periods. Ocps can regulate them.
