Please get help: People who "cut" often tell me that they do this to relieve themselves of intense inner pain and suffering. Something in seeing their own blood is a relief to them. One told me that seeing her blood let her know she is alive. This is a serious problem, and there is help for you with psychotherapy. In that relationship you can learn about your own "why, " and deal with it in less self-abusive ways.
