Yeast infection: It's common when a woman is on antibiotics to then get a yeast infection. If the vulva/vagina looks red and is tender that's most likely the case. The acidity of the urine can then irritate the vulva/vagina. Try a 3, 5 or 7 day over the counter anti fungal cream, or see your doctor and get evaluated.
