Could be yeast infxn: When broad-spectrum antibiotics wipe out a lot of the normal bacteria, the usual balance between bacteria and yeast can be upset. This can allow the yeast population to bloom, resulting in a yeast infection. Try an over-the-counter monistat. If not better in a few days, get back with your doc to recheck for persistent urinary infection.
