Not very!: Their is a condition called lupoid hepatitis, but it is relatively uncommon as a feature of sle. You need to see a rheumatology or gasteroenterology specialist! the picture posted covers the most common issues!

Very uncommon: Liver disease is not a component of lupus but one can have a positive ANA in autoimmune hepatitis.
