Can't : Once puberty is over, the bone growth plates are closed. That means no more growth. The only way to increase your leg length is by surgery. This is a cosmetic procedure with many complications. I would suggest that you don't persue this option. Why are you concerned? Maybe you should discuss body dysmorphism with your doctor.
