If : If you think there is any possibility of pregnancy, then please take a test to be sure. Sometimes periods are abnormal because of fluctuations in hormones, which can be caused by stress. I don't know your age, but perimenopause can cause these symptoms too. Changing birth control methods if you are on oral contraception can be a cause as well.
