Well...: First of all you need to be evaluated to determine why you have blood in your urine. The presence of blood in your urine will have no bearing on whether or not you have sex. Choosing to have sex without a condom should be determined based on whether or not you want to get pregnant and whether or not you are in a stable monogamous infection free relationship where the risk of stds are low.
