What can i do, i have a large keliod on my chest due to that i can't wear deep nacks because it's visible even can' t wear small nacks due to itching?

No good alternative: It's tough to treat large keloid. Topical injection of steroid(like kenalog) and silicone tape/cream might help decrease the itching and size, but can't "cure" it. Excision is controversial, because it might actually enlarge the lesion.
