2 possibilities: If you were sexual active within 90 days, i would first get a pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. If negative, you may be having irregular periods. Placing you are birth control pills would be the next plan of action. Birth control pills may help to regulate your menstral cycle. Ponstan does not normally alter your menstrual cycle.
