Abn period: There is always some variation in period, would also consider vaginitis as there are infections you can have form overgrowth even if not sexually active. If all negative consider sonogram to evaluate ovarian function.

Many causes: There are many things that can cause delayed or irregular periods. If you are sure you are not pregnant then this could be caused by hormonal shifts, missed ovulation, stress, thyroid issues or several other causes. If period does not return to normal in the next few months please see your health care provider.
