See a gastroenterolo: If the cat scan is normal and pain and diarrhea is persisting consult a gastroenterologist, as you may have inllammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, parasitic infestation like giardia or ameba if you have travelled abroad, lactose intolerance etc.You also need a blood test for celiac disease, diabetes mellitus etc.
