Healthy?: If your 12 yo is a healthy preteen, then the symptoms are almost surely from awkward sleep position. If you mean swollen joints, then this is a more serious matter. Does the swelling decrease quickly after she arises? Are fingers numb? Is there fever or weight loss? Is she chronically ill? Raynaud's is distinctly rare in normal 12 yo's.
