Sleep problems?: Daily morning headache is a very common compliant if sleep apnea. How is your sleep? Do you snore? Are tired during the day? A visit to an ENT or a sleep pulmonologist might be worthwhile.

May be TMJ: Morning headache is often due to clenching or grinding your teeth while sleeping. The muscles of chewing are huge and when overworked and irritated can spasm and lead to headache. Talk with your dentist and if this is happening a bite guard can be very helpful. If you chew gum, stop.

Sleep apnea, TMJ: Males your age have risk of sleep apnea. Also if you clench at night, morning headaches are common. Start with your MD for an evaluation.
