May be TMJ: Morning headache is often due to clenching or grinding your teeth while sleeping. The muscles of chewing are huge and when overworked and irritated can spasm and lead to headache. Talk with your dentist and if this is happening a bite guard can be very helpful. If you chew gum, stop.
