I found out i have worms if i pass it to my girlfriend will it harm the baby she is about 11 weeks?

I wouldn't sweat it: I can't think of any worm that humans can pass to other humans directly. If you have pinworms, that little pest can pass from egg casings in the sheets, but cure is simple & it can't affect a pregnancy.(stays in the gut/poo).
