What happens if i just got the flu mist and then got pregnant a couple weeks later, can that harm my baby?

Flu vaccine: No. You were not even pregnant when you got the vaccine. It is more likely that it will passively protect the baby from an infection from certain strains of flu and highly unlikely that it would cause any harm to a baby that was not yet conceived at the time of immunization.
