No, too strong acid: Would suggest warm saline rinse (1 tspn salt per 8 ounces warm water). If you can find a dentist with a biolase waterlase they can use that laser to relieve pain and speed healing 2 days versus 7-10 days by putting a "laser bandage" on the ulcer.
