No, too strong acid: Would suggest warm saline rinse (1 tspn salt per 8 ounces warm water). If you can find a dentist with a biolase waterlase they can use that laser to relieve pain and speed healing 2 days versus 7-10 days by putting a "laser bandage" on the ulcer.

No- try this...: Resolution of ulcers is slowed by a heavy bacterial burden in the mouth.Apart from a salt water gargle, one can also gargle listerine 60 sec , twice a day.
