Contact Physcian now: I would recommend a visit to primary care physician asap and have him or her evaluate your history , listen to your chest obtain a chest x-ray, electrocardiogram and try to determine the etiology and develop a plan - if you are a smoker i would recommend you stop now. At this time it is difficult to make a definitive diagnosis, however by following up with a physician asap you may get relief.
