No: The vagina does not have glands that typically produce pimples, like one would have on the skin. The vagina does have glands, however, such as the Bartholin's gland that can have skin colored puss when squeezed. There can also be sebaceous cysts that produce a fluid. If you are worried, see your doctor and i'm sure she will be able to tell you right away what they are.

Folliculitis: What you described suggest infection of hair follicles. Keep the part clean and dry. You may need antibiotics and it would be prudent to see your doctor.
