Why does diabetis make feet bleed?

Sugar affects organs: Diabetes affects all the organs of the body such as the eyes, heart, kidneys, nerve tissue, skin, blood vessels, etc. Excess sugar in the body speeds up the process. If the skin is damaged and the blood vessels leak, it can cause bleeding, ulcers, infections and loss of limb or worse.
