Any symptom triggered by a pregnancy would be caused by the same hormones that turn a pregnancy test positive. Many normal women occasionally skip a cycle or two or have them delayed. Pregnancy tests can be falsely negative early in pregnancy bur rarely falsely positive. Test again on a first morning urine, it tends to be more concentrated and thus more accurate.

It would be prudent to repeat the home pregnancy test in 4-5 days, unless you get a period by then. You may get a blood test for HCG level to settle the issue. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.
