Don't do it: There are so many health problems with making yourself vomit. Don't do it. If you are so concerned about your weight or the way you look that you are considering this as a weight loss technique, you should speak to your doctor. Self induced vomiting may start out as an effort to lose weight, but it can quickly spin out of control and become an enormous problem that you can't control. Don't do it.

Not a good approach: Agree with Dr. Larsh. This would be an unsafe & ineffective approach to losing weight.
