Maybe: At age 27 you should still be in a very fertile time of life, in spite of your tubes. Unless your tubal failed (about 1 in 100 do) you cannot get pregnant naturally. If you want to conceive you may be a good candidate for bta (tubal reversal) and/or ivf.
