Severe head ache when i wake up in the morning. noticed few times. have been using systane balance as told by doctor . not sure if this is causing it?

Stop it for now: Systane is just an eye lubricant and may not be the cause of your headache, but if you only started having headache since using it, the best way to know is stop using it for now. If headache goes away in a couple of days, then you got your answer. If not, the new and severe morning headache is concerning and needs to be evaluated. Consult doc. Good luck.
