It varies: An easy question but a difficult answer. Some women can get pregnant the first cycle they try and some may take months. After one year of unprotected intercourse, a visit to an infertility specialist might be adviseable. I have seen women get pregnant after one time of unprotected sex, while others may take months or even years.

Variable: That depends on age, genetics, general health, luck, frequency of sex, and your partner's health as well. It is quite variable and depends on these and even other factors.
