Cramping/bleeding: These are the usual ones but - caution - they are very non-specific. Iow if you have some cramping and bleeding it does not necessarily mean you are miscarrying; in fact, mild bleeding or spotting is extremely common in normal pregnancies. Best advice is see a doctor promptly if you're worried!
