See your doc: There is an acute change with your condition and it should be evaluated. Get your thyroid checked. Check your blood sugar and see what it's doing. If it's unchanged, then there is something else going on. Janumet (sitagliptin and metformin) should not cause constipation or weight gain.

DM 2: Watch your diet, and do regular exercises. If you have abdominal problems as described, check with your doctor. You may need a work up colonoscopy or egd etc.
