I don't know: Having your tubes untied isn't usually related to the improvement of your pelvic pain.

Not sure Why: Any time you have a significant problem and get an answer that doesn't make sense, you deserve to have someone explain things in detail. Perhaps you have significant endometriosis in which case you may benefit from the hormones released during pregnancy. But there are certainly many ways to treat pelvic pain. So i would recommend seeking a full evaluation.
