Possible gallbladder: Flank pain might represent kidney issue but since it also is associated with right sided abdominal pain and bloating i would suspect gallbladder disease. You should be evaluated further by your physician.

Gallbladder : The bloating would point towards an intestinal, gallbladder problem, but this is easily sorted out with an ultrasound, some labs and a urine specimen.
