Doctor can recheck: If a person has symptoms he thinks are related to a tdap, he can call the doctor for a recheck appointment. A large amount of swelling, and enlarged lymph nodes, are not usual reactions to tdap (usually there is no reaction). So, such symptoms may be from another disorder, or maybe the tdap injection site has gotten infected. To figure it out, the doctor can examine the area.
