Pelvic dysfunction?: If your dr ruled out serious probs, let's look at one that might be missed by md's: pelvic dysf.Osteopathic drs can do all your md can, but we also look at muscular, connective tissue, & skeletal problems with hands-on exam. It's possible that in advanced pregnancy, baby+full bladder pushes on pelvic ring causing si or lumbar lig stretching or pinching & pain.Gentle osteopathic manipulation may help.

Nerve Overload: It sounds like you may have nerve overload that is brought on by the urge to urinate. Changing position can sometimes help this. Resetting autonomic tone with manipulation may be effective. Seek care from a competent ostropath.
