Go to ER!: This is serious. Do not pass go. Go directly to the emergency room. Do not collect $200. You have not been treated long enough for your pulmonary embolism. Given your symptoms, you are at high risk for recurrent pulmonary embolism. This can be a potentially fatal problem.

Go to ER....: You need to be evaluated in the er right away! with your history, you need to be sure you do not have a recurrent pe, especially since you are short of breath and you stopped your warfarin. This could be a life-threatening problem so get to the er now!

Go see a doctor!: With your history, you should never "run out" of warfarin. You can die from pe!
