For pulmonary emboli: If you had pleuritic pain (the sharp pain in your chest when you take a deep breath) when you first became ill, it may take weeks to completely resolve or fail to resolve if there was significant scaring there. Talk. To your pulmonologist when you follow up about your pain.

See your doctor: It could be the lung are regenerating check out your inr level to make sure u are on the right warfarin dosage.
