Pain on the left breast since january, lymph node found and removed in july but still having pain again, maybe another lymph node?sharp shooting pain.

Mammogram: Have you had your breast examined by a provider? Have you a mammogram and/or ultrasound if needed? If no abnormalities are found, there may be some other reasons for the pain in your breast area other than your breast? Have you tried to cut down on caffeine?

See breast specialis: Lymph nodes do not typically cause breast pain. Breast pain is commonly associated with fibrocystic changes, which is a noncancerous issue. I recommend you find a breast specialist for a complete evaluation. Check with the american society of breast surgeons (https://www.Breastsurgeons.Org/membersearch/index.Php) to find one in your area.
